Art Program 2025
New Artwork by Florian Klammer in the ONB Labs Artspace!
As part of the ONB Labs Art Program 2025, Florian Klammer (florianklammer.com, Instagram: @flo.makesart) completed a summer internship at the Austrian National Library in the Research and Data Services department in August and September. One of the results of his time with the team and at the ONB is a new digital artwork, which you can now experience in the ONB Labs Artspace:
The artwork shows a globe-like sphere composed of historical postcards, which can be moved by using the mouse. Each movement also causes a change in the postcard displayed in the background. Feel free to check out more interactive aspects of the artwork by having a closer look!
The artist is also currently working on a report about his work and creative process, which will soon be published on the (German language only) ONB research blog and which we will then link to here.
